Molly Molly Luella Plumb was born in Ft. Worth, Texas. She has lived throughout the United States over the years. She studied at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where she received a degree in Fine Arts specializing in metalsmithing and ceramics. Based initially in Waco and Phoenix, and now Dallas, Molly has freelanced in the fine arts before and since her graduation. She has also spent a total of five years using her talents working with special needs children (for the ARC) utilizing the therapeutic and creative nature of art. The recent focus of Molly’s work has been sterling silver jewelry and various practical items, from napkin rings to candle holders. In these, she primarily utilizes sterling silver, various semi-precious stones and an assortment of spectacular beads from around the world. Molly’s creations have been exhibited and offered for sale at various specialty shops and fine art showings.
